About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will:
• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Accurately document repair orders and define work scope
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable service options




• Manage bookings and liaise with technicians and service department
• Prepare quotes, process payments, and handle warranty claims
• Identifying opportunities to offer additional services and value-added solutions.
• Managing customer expectations and resolving queries with professionalism and care.
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records. What We’re Looking For
• Experience in automotive, transport or a service-based workplace is preferred, but not essential
• Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills
• Confidence managing customer expectations and coordinating multiple jobs
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and thrives on finding solutions
• A calm, practical approach in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work independently and contribute positively to the team
