The Opportunity Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Clerk to join its residential conveyancing team on a full time basis. • Experience in Queensland residential conveyancing as a clerk, paralegal or assistant
• Familiar with Queensland contracts, Form 1 transfers, searches and settlement processes
• Experience with PEXA settlements
• Organised and comfortable managing settlement dates across a busy file load
• Transparent, friendly communication with clients, agents, lenders and the other side What’s on Offer
