EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 8 x Fulltime L2 Store workers (4 Day, 4 Afternoon) Hanes is seeking 8 motivated, eager individuals to step into Fulltime (L2) store worker roles. We are seeking 4 store workers for day shift, and 4 store workers for afternoon shift – plenty of opportunities This opportunity will allow you to support your team, and grow your experience in operational spaces, as you will be rotated between all areas of the distribution centre, as required. About the role
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:
• Maintain a protected working environment by following and promoting safety rules, guidelines, and work practices.
• Perform tasks independently and coordinate others with a positive approach that fosters teamwork.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and casual staff, providing support and managing workforce planning and workflow to maximize productivity.
• Meet service expectations by delivering consistent, high-quality work and managing performance on the front line.
• Report safety issues via HIIQA and participate in or assist with OHS investigations and audits.




• Maintain clear communication, accurate records, and attention to detail.
• Ensure effective communication across the site.
• Identify and escalate behavioural, safety or policy-related concerns. Additionally, the successful applicants will have the following:

Skills:
A proactive & positive approach to building morale and the ability to set priorities for a team to ensure service levels are achieved.
• Excellent Communication: Clear written & verbal communication with attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
• Familiarity with working knowledge of the Hanes warehouse operation.
• Computer Literacy: Competent with relevant systems and tools.
