• 14:14 and 14:7 rosters available We're building our casual HVAC/R workforce across remote WA sites and have opportunities available on 14:14 and 14:7 day-shift rosters. With new rates now in place, flights, meals and accommodation provided, and ongoing opportunities across multiple sites, this is a outstanding chance to secure consistent FIFO work with one of Australia's largest integrated facilities management providers. THE POSITION Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
• Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Diagnosing faults, troubleshooting equipment and completing repairs safely and efficiently
• Conducting inspections, servicing and performance testing to ensure equipment reliability
• Maintaining cool rooms, freezers, split systems, package units and associated equipment
• Responding to breakdowns and maintenance requests within required timeframes
• Ensuring all work complies with site safety procedures and relevant industry regulations
• Working collaboratively with other trades including electrical, plumbing and maintenance teams
• Contributing to a positive safety culture where everyone is empowered to speak up and stop unsafe work
• Participating in on-call and call-out requirements where applicable THE PERSON To be successful, you will possess:




• Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Relevant Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Trade Qualification
• Current ARCtick Refrigerant Trading Authorisation
• White Card
• Current C Class Driver's Licence
• National Police Clearance within 12 months (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screening
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance and quality workmanship
• Experience in remote camp, facilities maintenance, commercial or industrial environments highly regarded
