- Provide person-centred, evidence-based care to residents in a residential setting /n
- Deliver preventative, curative, restorative, palliative support to residents and their families /n
- Conduct assessments, gaining data which can be used to develop plans of care /n Requirements/n /n
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA /n
- NDIS clearance /n
- BLS certificate /n
- Strong clinical skills
- ideally within Aged Care /n
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal /n
