About the role
/n /n /n As a Commercial Business Development Manager, you will drive commercial growth and partnerships, expand market reach, and secure new business opportunities for the organisation's products and services./n /n /n /n /n

Key responsibilities
/n /n /n
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion /n
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and product/service offerings /n
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients, partners, and stakeholders /n
- Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements and contracts /n
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities /n
- Drive commercial sales initiatives and campaigns to meet revenue targets /n
- Prepare regular reports on commercial business development activities and performance.

- Proven experience in commercial business development, preferably in the tyre industry /n
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage key stakeholders /n
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities /n
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess market trends /n
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets /n
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams /n
