Office-based and very close to the train station. /n This is a great opportunity if you’re already working at Level 2, or you’re a strong Level 1 Engineer who is ready to step up and take on more responsibility./n /n What You’ll Be Doing:/n /n /n
- Providing Level 2 support across a varied client base /n
- Taking ownership of escalated technical issues from start to finish /n
- Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and cloud environments /n
- Supporting Windows and Linux Server environments /n
- Troubleshooting networking and connectivity issues /n




- Working across endpoint security and security tooling /n
- Supporting cloud infrastructure /n
- Working directly with clients to understand and resolve technical problems /n
- Explaining technical issues clearly to non-technical users /n
- Supporting environments where uptime, security and reliability really matter /n
- Mentoring and providing guidance to Level 1 engineers /n
- Escalating issues appropriately and working with senior engineers when required /n
- Collaborating closely with the wider technical team /n
- Building your skills across enterprise-level technologies, cloud and cyber security /n Tech Environment Experience Across a Mix of:/n /n /n

- Enterprise-level infrastructure and security technologies /n You don’t need to know everything on day one. They’re looking for someone with solid fundamentals, a genuine desire to learn and the attitude to take ownership when something lands on their desk./n /n What You’ll Bring:/n /n /n
- 2+ years of experience in an MSP or IT support setting /n
- Level 2 experience, or strong Level 1 experience with the ability and ambition to step up /n
- Solid Microsoft 365 knowledge /n
- Experience with Entra ID/Azure AD /n
- Windows Server experience /n
- Exposure to Linux Server environments /n
- Good networking fundamentals /n
- Exposure to endpoint security and security tooling /n
- Experience with the ACSC Essential Eight would be highly regarded /n
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills /n
- A methodical approach to resolving technical issues /n
