Start a sales career with a quick-growing international company, with full training and uncapped earning potential. /n /n SMAART Recruitment is partnering with an established, rapidly growing international organisation to add several Appointment Setters to its high-performing Sydney CBD sales team./n /n /n You’ll talk with business owners across Australia, understand what they need and book appointments for experienced Business Development Managers. It’s a great entry point into sales, with a clear path upward./n /n What’s in it for you/n /n /n
- Base salary of $65,000–$75,000 + super /n
- Uncapped monthly commission /n
- First-year OTE of approximately $120,000–$130,000 /n
- Comprehensive training, including scripts, theory and call shadowing /n
- Ongoing support and real-time coaching /n
- Clear progression into senior sales, leadership and BDM roles /n
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. No weekends /n
- Modern Sydney CBD office /n
- Supportive, energetic, performance-focused team /n This is a permanent, full-time role based in the office five days per week./n /n What you'll be doing: /n /n
- Making outbound calls to business owners (high volume) /n
- Building rapport and having genuine, two-way conversations /n
- Handling objections smoothly and naturally, without sounding scripted /n
- Asking questions to understand each business’s needs /n




- Booking qualified appointments for the Business Development team /n
- Keeping accurate notes in the CRM /n
- Working towards achievable daily and weekly targets /n
- Learning through regular coaching and call feedback /n About you: /n /n
- Confident and comfortable on the phone /n
- Skilled at (or keen to master) handling objections while keeping conversations natural and engaging /n
- Quick on your feet, a good listener and able to adapt to what the person says /n
- Positive, energetic and motivated /n
- Resilient when faced with rejection /n
- Driven by goals and earning potential /n
- Reliable and a team player /n
- Eligible to work in Australia /n No sales experience? No problem. /n /n You might come from hospitality, retail, customer service or somewhere completely different.
