Job Description
/n /n /n /n Senior Project Manager, PCEP/n /n /n eporting to the PCEP Precinct Package Manager, the Senior Project Manager is a highly autonomous leadership role responsible for the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects and project packages within the Port Capacity Enhancement Program. /n You will provide end-to-end project leadership across planning, procurement, commercial management, construction delivery and project governance. Working in a complex stakeholder environment, you will engage with contractors, consultants, government agencies and internal teams to deliver projects safely, sustainably and to the highest professional standards. /n You will also provide leadership and mentoring to project managers and engineers, helping develop capability across the broader project team. /n

WHAT YOU'LL DO
/n
• Lead the successful delivery of major maritime, civil and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from inception through to completion, ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, on time and within budget. /n
• Manage all aspects of project delivery including planning, procurement, commercial negotiations, contract administration, stakeholder engagement, governance, approvals and construction oversight. /n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, government agencies and key stakeholders to proactively manage risks, resolve complex issues and achieve project outcomes. /n
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to project managers and engineers while driving a culture of accountability,



collaboration and continuous improvement. /n ABOUT YOU: /n
• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline) with extensive experience leading the delivery of major infrastructure projects in maritime, transport, utilities or other complex environments. /n
• An accomplished project leader with a demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects, multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder relationships. /n
• Strong commercial, contractual and project governance experience with the ability to make sound decisions and successfully navigate complex project challenges. /n
• A cooperative and influential communicator who can build trusted relationships and lead high-performing project teams. /n WHAT YOU'LL BRING: /n
• A proven track record delivering major infrastructure projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and safety outcomes. /n
• Strong knowledge of project management, procurement, contract administration, construction delivery and project governance within complex infrastructure environments. /n
• Significant experience working with contractors, consultants, government agencies and senior stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes. /n
