Your Day Will Involve
- Acting on complex commercial litigation and high-value disputes
- Advising on corporate, commercial, and contractual disputes
- Working on construction, property, and insolvency-related disputes
- Assisting with defamation and reputational matters, including urgent applications
- Supporting regulatory investigations and commissions of inquiry
- Engaging in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiation
- Drafting pleadings, submissions, and legal advice while progressing matters efficiently Who You’ll Be Working With You will work closely with a highly regarded dispute resolution partner who is recognised for expertise across commercial litigation, advocacy, and alternative dispute resolution, with experience advising boards, CEOs,



and senior stakeholders on high-stakes disputes and risk. The team is known for handling business-critical matters across corporate, construction, property, insolvency, and intellectual property disputes, with a strong focus on strategy and outcomes. - 2–5 years PAE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
- Strong experience across commercial or civil disputes
