- Operations to lead the site’s pit-to-port value chain, reporting to the COO. You will own safety, production, cost and delivery across mining, processing, maintenance, logistics and site services. This role requires extensive open-pit mining leadership, proven ability to scale operations, manage major contractors and build high-performing teams while turning long-term growth plans into daily results.
