About the Role
/n As a Service Advisor, you will: /n /n
- Guide customers through the service process with clear communication and genuine care. /n
- Manage bookings, check-ins, and vehicle updates, ensuring customers are well-informed. /n
- Handle customer concerns professionally, knowing when to escalate issues to management. /n
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to ensure accurate and timely updates for customers,



with no mechanical knowledge required /n
