Key responsibilities
- Develop, optimise and maintain multi-axis CNC programmes using CAM software.
- Design and implement effective production tooling, fixtures and manufacturing solutions.
- Take ownership of manufacturing processes from initial concept through to production.
- Support recent product introduction, process development and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.




- Provide technical support to production teams while ensuring compliance with quality, Health & Safety. Senior Production Engineer – Essential Skills &

Experience:
- Proven experience (5 years+) in CAM programming, using Siemens NX or similar.
- Manufacturing engineering experience within automotive, motorsport, aerospace or precision engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing, production engineering and fixture design.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T.;
- Relevant HNC, HND, degree-level qualification or apprentice trained.
- Practical problem-solving skills, with experience of Teamcenter, Vericut or SAP.
