Chris O’Brien Lifehouse is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager for the Head & Neck/ Thoracic surgical ward. You will lead a 24-bed unit, partnering with inpatient services to drive patient-centered care and staff development. Your role includes operational management, resource planning and fostering a positive nursing culture. You will bring current AHPRA registration, extensive ICU experience and a track record in clinical leadership within public or private health settings.
