- Paying customers
- Access to ~170,000 global freelance workers via existing micro-task platforms
- Clear demand from AI teams needing human-in-the-loop labeling (vision, NLP, LLM evals, RLHF, etc.) This is no longer an idea — it’s an early business that needs a technical co-founder to help turn momentum into a real category-defining product. Role I’m looking for a CTO / Technical Co-Founder to own the technical vision and execution. You’ll be responsible for:
- Architecting and scaling the core platform
- Designing systems for QA, consensus labeling, auditability, and compliance
- Making early technical decisions that will shape the company for years
