Senior Project Manager
- Technology Delivery/n Geelong, VIC/n $1,000 per day + Super/n Contract Opportunity until June 30, 2027 /n

About the Role
/n /nAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology and digital initiatives within a large enterprise environment./n /n You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of high-profile projects, ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, budget, risk, governance, and stakeholder outcomes. /n /nWorking within a transformation-focused setting, you will partner closely with business and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives that support organisational objectives./n /n

Key Responsibilities
/n /n
- Lead the delivery of complex ICT, digital, and enterprise technology projects. /n
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies. /n
- Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management across senior leadership and operational teams. /n
- Manage third-party vendors, delivery partners, and contractual obligations. /n
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks. /n
- Facilitate project planning, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps. /n
- Support demand management and project prioritisation activities. /n
- Provide clear and consistent communication to project stakeholders and executive sponsors. /n
- Oversee project financials and budget performance, including projects exceeding $1M in value. /n
- Drive successful project outcomes across both Agile and traditional delivery environments.



/n About You/n /nTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:/n /n /n
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale ICT, digital, or transformation projects within complex organisations. /n
- Strong project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement capability. /n
- Proven experience managing vendors and external delivery partners. /n
- Experience managing project budgets greater than $1M. /n
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall. /n
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills. /n
- The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. /n
- A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to agreed outcomes. /n Desired Experience/n /n
- PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management accreditation. /n
- Agile, Scrum, or Lean qualifications highly regarded. /n
- Experience working within enterprise, government, insurance, or other highly regulated environments. /n
