Key Responsibilities
Efficiently bone beef and calf carcasses to company standards Deliver clean, accurate cuts with no slashing Ensure proper trim and presentation of all cuts Maximize meat recovery and yield , especially on primal cuts Always maintain hygiene and food safety standards Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness

Requirements:
Proven experience boning beef and/or calf Excellent knife skills and attention to detail Ability to consistently deliver clean boning, accurate trimming, and maximum weight on primals Understanding of meat processing hygiene and safety regulations Physically fit and able to work in a cold environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Product specifications are subject to change, according to customers requirements.
