$72K + Super | Flexible Roster | Lead a High-Volume Retail Hub/n /n /n An exciting opportunity has become available with a purpose-driven retail organisation that combines commercial retail success with genuine community impact./n /n We're looking for a hands-on retail leader to oversee a high-volume hub store in Lavington, while providing operational oversight across two satellite stores in Albury and Corowa. About the role
Based primarily at the Lavington hub store, you'll lead day-to-day operations while supporting two satellite stores across Albury and Corowa. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of paid staff and volunteers, ensuring strong store standards, commercial performance and an engaging customer experience./n /n /n /n Your responsibilities will include:/n /n /n




- Leading a high-volume retail hub while supporting two satellite stores. /n
- Driving sales through visual merchandising, pricing and stock presentation. /n
- Managing stock flow across the cluster. /n
- Coaching and developing a diverse team of paid staff and volunteers. /n
- Managing rosters, store standards and daily operations. /n
- Working hands-on across the shop floor, customer service and back-of-house operations. /n /n About you/n /n We're looking for someone who combines strong retail instincts with exceptional people leadership./n /n /n /n You'll bring:/n /n Leadership experience within fashion or specialty retail./n /n /n
- A strong eye for visual merchandising and product presentation. /n
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to grow sales. /n
- A hands-on leadership style that leads from the shop floor. /n
