NRMA Parks and Resorts is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to assist the Head Chef across daily operations at our in-house resort restaurant, Tides Kitchen and Bar. You’ll help prepare meals from breakfast through dinner, and contribute to a relaxed coastal dining experience. Lead by example, train staff, plan menus with seasonal produce, monitor stock, control costs and uphold food safety standards. This role suits a motivated skilled ready for a 7-day roster and a dynamic hospitality
