Job Description
One of our long-standing Federal Government clients is seeking two experienced Support Field Infrastructure Engineers to support the delivery and operation of critical ICT infrastructure services. Working within a complex enterprise environment, you will contribute to infrastructure projects, data centre operations, incident management, and service improvement initiatives that underpin essential government services./n /n /nIn this role, you will be responsible for:/n /n
- Providing technical advice and support to project teams and business stakeholders across infrastructure initiatives. /n
- Coordinating infrastructure changes, installations, and operational activities within enterprise ICT environments. /n
- Leading incident response activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis. /n
- Supporting data centre operations, including rack allocation, power utilisation, and cabling management. /n
- Developing technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures while identifying opportunities for service improvement. /n To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:/n /n
- Demonstrated experience supporting and maintaining enterprise ICT infrastructure environments. /n
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management,



and problem-resolution capabilities. /n
- Experience with systems installation, infrastructure deployments, and operational support activities. /n
- Exposure to data centre environments and associated infrastructure management practices. /n
- Ability to work within structured ICT governance frameworks and produce high-quality technical documentation. /n What's on Offer?/n /n

- Initial contract through to 30 June 2027 /n
- 2 x 12-month extension options /n
