Project Officer chance within a South Australian Government department./n Your new company /n This South Australian Government department is seeking a highly organised Project Officer to provide project and administrative support within a busy team. Based in the Adelaide CBD, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery and ensuring day-to-day project activities run smoothly. Your new role /n /n
- Coordinating project activities and schedules /n
- Maintaining project documentation and records /n
- Preparing reports, correspondence and project updates /n
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders /n
- Managing document control and records management processes /n
- Supporting the delivery of project outcomes and objectives /n
- Providing general administrative support to the project team /n This is a temporary part-time opportunity, with work required on Mondays and Fridays./n /n

What you'll need
to succeed /n /n /n
- Previous experience in project support or administration roles /n
- Solid organisational and time management skills /n




- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities /n
- Experience preparing reports and maintaining documentation /n
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills /n
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams /n
- Experience using SharePoint or similar document management systems /n
