This is a key leadership role focused on driving compliance, team performance, and service quality across multiple sites.
About the role
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple services
- Act as Nominated Supervisor across your portfolio
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Lead and support Program Leaders and Educators
- Drive occupancy, performance, and community engagement About you
- Experience in a multi-site leadership role (OSHC or Early Childhood)
- Strong knowledge of NQF and compliance
- Confident leader with strong stakeholder engagement skills
