Design & Build are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join a residential builder delivering high-quality, architecturally designed homes across Melbourne. Over their years of operation, our client has built a strong reputation for the calibre of their work, and with an exciting pipeline ahead, they’re looking for someone to help drive their projects forward./n /n /nThis role offers a progression pathway, making it perfect for someone with experience in residential construction who is ready to take the next step in their career./n /n /nYou’ll work within a team workplace, contributing to the delivery of new builds and renovations/extensions valued up to $5m. Key Responsibilities
/n /n
- Support the delivery of multiple residential projects, ensuring excellence in time, cost, and quality. /n
- Liaise with clients, architects, councils, and trades to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered on schedule. /n
- Assist in the preparation, review,



and management of contracts, variations, and project documentation in line with company procedures. /n
- Attend regular site meetings and collaborate closely with site teams. /n
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress, flagging risks or issues to senior management. /n About You/n /n
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential construction. /n
- Experience delivering architecturally designed homes valued $3m+. /n
- Strong technical and commercial knowledge of the residential construction process. /n
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. /n
- Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, close-knit team environment. /n
