Mayday Recruitment is partnering with one of Australia’s largest and most respected funeral and memorial park groups to find a Family Service Advisor to join their Nerang team. /n This is a rewarding sales and relationship-focused role, supporting families to make significant decisions around burial and cremation services. You’ll work with warm, allocated leads, meaning there is no cold calling or cold business development. /n

About the Role
/n As a Family Service Advisor, you will: /n /n
- /n Follow up allocated leads, book appointments and build relationships with families /n
- /n Conduct personalised tours and present burial, cremation and memorial options /n
- /n Guide families through products, services, pricing and agreements /n
- /n Confidently close sales and work towards monthly targets /n
- /n Maintain accurate CRM records and complete administration, invoicing and site research /n
- /n Support funeral, burial and cremation services when required /n
- /n Build connections within the local community and represent the organisation professionally /n /n What We're Looking For /n We're looking for someone who is personable, empathetic and naturally relationship-focused, with the confidence to have commercial conversations. /n You may come from a background in: /n /n
- /n Sales or account management /n
- /n Real estate or property /n




- /n Insurance or phone-based sales /n
- /n Funeral services /n
- /n Retail or hospitality /n
- /n Community services or education /n /n You will also bring: /n /n
- /n Solid communication and customer service skills /n
- /n Confidence presenting and selling products or services /n
- /n The ability to work towards and achieve sales targets /n
- /n Excellent attention to detail and organisation /n
- /n Comfort working with grief, loss and sensitive family circumstances /n
- /n A current unrestricted driver's licence /n /n Funeral industry experience is advantageous, but personality, empathy and relationship-building ability are key. /n What's on Offer? /n /n
