City of Port Phillip is seeking a Workforce Planning & Rostering Coordinator (Libraries) based at St Kilda Library, with occasional travel to other branches. The role focuses on aligning staffing with service delivery, drawing on data, rostering systems and operational insights to ensure continuity and excellent resident experience. You will work with Team Leaders and library staff to deploy workforce resources and support continuous improvement across the service.
