Job Description
The Company: /n A boutique AV integration business with business hubs in both Sydney and Brisbane are looking to bring a technically minded Contemporary Workplace Support Engineer into the business. The business specializes in delivering MS Teams and Zoom meeting rooms for corporate and government clients. The role: /n This is a hands-on role for someone that can solve complex technical AV issues and support end users of the business. /n You will provide onsite and remote support for workplace technology solutions (Google meet, MS Teams etc.) whilst integrating with the companies' AV environments. /n High levels of stakeholder management are needed as you will be onsite representing the company and dealing with all levels of seniority You will need experience with: /n /n
- Supporting corporate AV, unified comms and workplace technology /n




- Hands on support with meeting rooms
- remotely & onsite /n
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve faults across audio, video, control and network connected AV systems /n
- Strong communication and stake holder management skills /n
- Must have experience with vendor technology Crestron , Logitech, Neat, Yealink /n /n What is on offer: /n /n
