About The Role
/n We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced visual merchandising professional to join our team as a Visual Merchandising Specialist (CVM). In this role, you will bring cutting-edge visual merchandising initiatives to life to elevate the client experience and strengthen our retail presence. Working closely with the broader ANZ market, you will have a dedicated focus on Sydney and Queensland, translating creative campaigns, events and in-store activations into impactful experiences that support local business needs. /n As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will: /n
• Partner closely with the retail teams to ensure in-store presentation is always at its optimum /n
• Drive visual merchandising results with a particular focus on in store activations and events /n
• Tracking and sharing the effectiveness of creative campaigns /n




• Monitor the visual standards of all stores during events and activations /n
• Support in-store activations with floor plans and product selection /n To be successful in this role, you will: /n
• 3 years' experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas, preferably luxury retail /n
• Knowledgeable of local vendor sources for display supplies, props, furniture, flowers /n
• Vendor and Project Management experience /n
• Previous experience with CAD drawing skills /n
• Strong organizational and communication skills /n
• Experience with basic construction hand tools and painting /n
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) /n Why Tiffany? /n
