The Role As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing one of our restaurants, supporting an incredible team, and growing the THISBOWL brand with us. Key Responsibilities
Reporting To Your Operations Manager Or Area Manager, You’ll Oversee The Day-to-day Operations Of Your Restaurant, Working With Restaurant Team Members (who We Call ‘Mixers’) And Restaurant Supervisors, To Coordinate Restaurant Operations To Deliver An Exceptional Customer Experience While Managing Financial Performance. You’ll Be Expected To
- Role model and reinforce THISBOWL’s people and culture standards
- Understand and take action on key metrics (e.g. restaurant sales and costs) to allow for future growth
- Manage all expected reporting, sales and expenses
- Deliver superior customer service, to every customer, every time
- Maintain critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation

- In-store trial with one of our Operations leaders – getting ‘on the mix’ with one of our teams (2 hours)
