Now find somewhere worth staying. /n We’re working with a well-established private hospital in Newcastle, and they’re looking to add experienced Perioperative RNs to their team. /n If you’ve got 3+ years of perioperative experience and you’re confident in Scrub/Scout, Anaesthetics or PACU, this could be a really good next move. /n And no, you don’t need to be the nurse who can do absolutely everything. /n The team is open to nurses with strong experience in their preferred area, with opportunities to continue developing across the broader perioperative department. What makes this theatre worth a look? /n This is a sizeable private hospital with a genuinely busy perioperative service — multiple theatres, alongside endoscopy, Cath Lab and ICU. /n That means variety without the feeling that you’re constantly starting from scratch. /n Depending on your area, you could be exposed to a broad mix of surgical specialties and complex cases, working alongside experienced surgeons, anaesthetists and theatre teams. /n The department is well established, the equipment is modern, and there’s enough clinical variety to keep things interesting.
