/n Your Impact /n Ready to take the next step in your procurement career? /n We’re looking for a Regional Category Manager – Non-Alc to join our Procurement team and help deliver practical commercial outcomes across our non-alcoholic portfolio. /n This is a great chance for someone who has built a strong foundation in procurement, sourcing or commercial analysis and is ready to take on broader category ownership. /n You don’t need to be a polished, long-tenured FMCG category manager. What matters most is your ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, learn quickly and turn analysis into action. /n /n

Key Responsibilities
/n /n
- Support and progressively own category strategy and sourcing activity /n
- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and shape sourcing approaches /n
- Support or lead tenders, evaluations, negotiations and commercial recommendations /n
- Build productive supplier relationships and support performance and risk management /n
- Use market insights and commercial analysis to identify value opportunities /n
- Contribute to procurement governance, process improvement and continuous improvement /n
- Work collaboratively across the Procurement team and broader business /n /n /n About You /n You’re commercially curious,



relationship-led and ready to step up. You may currently be working as a Procurement Specialist, Procurement Analyst, Buyer, Sourcing Specialist or Category Specialist. /n You’ll bring: /n /n
- Practical procurement, sourcing or supplier-facing experience /n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills /n
- Exposure to tenders, sourcing activity, negotiations or contract processes /n
- Sound analytical capability and confidence forming recommendations /n
- A collaborative, adaptable and coachable approach /n
- Strong communication, organisation and follow-through /n
