Change Manager
- Mobile Device Management Project/n /n /nWe are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support our client and lead the end-to-end people change for a Mobile Device Management (MDM) project. This role will be the sole change resource, so you will need to be highly autonomous, hands-on and comfortable working in an environment where the solution, impacts and requirements are still evolving./n /n /n

Key Responsibilities
/n /n /n
- Developing change plans and conducting impact assessments /n
- Managing stakeholder engagement and resistance /n
- Developing employee communications and messaging /n
- Supporting training and organisational readiness activities /n
- Providing implementation and go-live support /n
- Driving adoption and reinforcement activities /n
- Working closely with the Project Manager and Technology teams /n




- Partnering with Internal Communications to ensure messaging aligns with the organisation's tone and communication channels /n About You/n /n /n
- Strong technology change management experience /n
- Previous experience delivering cyber security-related change /n
- End-to-end change delivery experience, ideally as the sole or lead Change Manager /n
- Ability to translate technical and security changes into explicit, practical employee impacts and messaging /n
- Experience managing resistance and delivering change within complex, high-change environments /n Desirable

experience:

- Previous MDM/MAM implementation experience /n
- Experience with BYOD or personal-device change /n
- Microsoft Intune experience (Direct Intune experience is not essential if you have strong MDM/MAM experience) /n
