A private family in Toorak, Melbourne seeks an experienced gardener to take ownership of a very large residential garden and the garden at the family farm. This is a hands-on, long-term role for a skilled horticulturist with autonomy and discretion. You will plan ongoing care, seasonal programs and improvements, travel to the farm around twice a month, and supervise contractors as needed while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety.
