ECEFast is seeking a technical specialist to join the VMS division as an Instrument Support Technician. In this role, you will play a vital part in designing, installing, commissioning, and supporting advanced temperature monitoring systems and related solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities
Provide expert assistance via phone, email, support tickets, and in office visits to fault-find, diagnose, and resolve customer issues Install hardware and software, configure network integrations, complete validation paperwork, and collaborate with internal departments Partner with VMS sales staff on system design, manage Support Agreements, and prepare customer quotations Leverage strong knowledge of Windows OS, servers, hardware platforms, and IT networks to liaise effectively with client IT representatives About you Practical experience in technical support, instrumentation, or electronic systems Solid grounding in IT networks, operating systems, and hardware configuration Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive, safety-first approach to in office work and customer premises Flexibility for occasional interstate travel
