Flagship Store Manager

As the Flagship Store Manager you bring proven experience in luxury retail and bring an approachable, people-focused leadership style, with the ability to develop and inspire team success and accountability./n /n What you’ll be responsible for:/n /n /n
- Leading, coaching and developing a large retail team /n
- Building a robust team culture, encouraging consistency across daily operations. /n
- Overseeing store operations, stock management, loss prevention and visual merchandising standards. /n
- Collaborating with senior leadership to communicate business results,



identify opportunities and implement strategies for growth. /n What’s on offer:/n /n /n
- $90k Base + Super + Bonus (Uncapped performance bonus potential) /n
- Tuesday
