BlueScope Distribution in Townsville, QLD, seeks a Leading Hand / Dispatch (Day Shift) to support the Operations Supervisor in coordinating daily warehouse, processing and dispatch activities. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with a profit share program and wellbeing initiatives. Responsibilities include guiding the operations team, ensuring safety, managing stock movements, and liaising with customers, transport providers and sales teams to meet on-time delivery and specifications.
