/n Make a difference in the community, one client at a time. /n Part-Time | Inner West & South Sydney | Potential to increase hours /n /n Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a role where you can build genuine relationships with clients and have greater flexibility in your working day? /n /n Bethel Home Care is growing, and we’re looking for a Part-Time Registered Nurse (15 hours per week, can be over 2 or 3 days) to join our friendly and supportive community care team. /n /n We support older people through Support at Home and Commonwealth Home Support Programs, providing personalised care that helps clients remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes. /n This is more than a clinical role. You’ll get to know your clients, manage your own day and see the difference your care makes. /n /n

About the Role
/n You’ll visit clients in their homes across Sydney’s Inner West and South, providing clinical care to clients with a range of needs. /n You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own diary, organise your travel and structure your working day. /n /n The role is initially part-time, with the prospect to increase your hours and potentially move to full-time as the service and your caseload grow. /n /n Your day may include: /n /n
- Wound care and pressure injury management /n
- Catheter insertion and management (IDC/SPC) /n
- PEG feeding and enteral nutrition support /n
- Medication administration /n
- Continence assessments and product recommendations /n
- Clinical reviews and care planning /n
- Clinical documentation and oversight /n
- Building ongoing relationships with clients and their families /n /n /n Importantly,



this isn’t about rushing from one appointment to the next. You’ll have the opportunity to build real relationships with clients through repeat visits and ongoing care. /n /n Work Independently – Stay Connected /n Community nursing gives you the freedom to work independently, but you’re never on your own. /n While you’ll spend much of your day visiting clients, Ashfield Baptist Homes is your home base. /n /n You’re welcome to come into the office to: /n /n

- Is registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) /n
- Is confident working independently in the community /n
- Has a caring, patient and empathetic approach /n
- Communicates well with clients, families and other health professionals /n
- Can organise your own workload and manage competing priorities /n
- Has a current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle /n
