What you will be doing Working on projects that are diverse and make a difference, with positive contribution to our communities as the energy market transitions. Working in teams to design and deliver business solutions to our clients across the energy landscape, with a focus on Energy Retail or energy networks. You will help shape and be a core delivery role on projects that will help our clients solve their most critical business problems. Collaborating with stakeholders at the forefront of the energy industry, alongside market specialists with deep industry knowledge, where you will be able to broaden your skill set and expertise.

- You hold some demonstrable consulting experience working in the energy industry, ideally a from management consultancy
- You have demonstrable experience working in transformation programs.
- You possess broad business transformation competences demonstrated across capabilities such as
- business architecture, operating model, customer experience, service design, business improvement strategies, operational excellence, data analytics and insight.
- You have a track record of working collaboratively with project teams to deliver actionable advice and support the implementation of real change.
