Y Community School is expanding to a junior campus for years 7–9 and seeks a Wellbeing Specialist to join the recent wellbeing team from day one. You will deliver intensive, individualised Tier 3 support to students with complex needs and work closely with staff and families to ensure safety and inclusion. The role is full-time, ongoing at the Epping junior campus from Term 1, 2027, with a focus on student wellbeing, resilience and collaboration.
