You will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring construction timelines are achieved efficiently and effectively./n /n /n
• Manage project schedules and timelines for single & double storey homes/n /n
• Coordinate procurement, materials, and purchasing requirements/n /n
• Liaise with Site Supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors/n /n
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve scheduling challenges/n /n
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency/n /n




• Keep stakeholders updated throughout the build journey/n /n About You: /n /n
• Residential construction scheduling experience (WA experience ideal, Eastern States considered)/n /n
• Experience across project homes, modular, single or double-storey builds/n /n
• Strong understanding of construction timelines, procurement, and building processes/n /n
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and organised approach/n /n
