They are seeking an individual who will complement their positive and supportive team culture. /n Your new role /n Working as the client's representative, you will oversee projects from early planning and design phases through to construction delivery and completion. /n

Key responsibilities
include: /n /n
- Managing projects through all stages of the project life cycle /n
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and key stakeholders /n
- Monitoring budgets, programmes and project risks /n
- Managing procurement and contract administration processes /n
- Providing regular project reporting to clients /n




- Facilitating project meetings and driving project outcomes /n
- Building and maintaining solid client relationships /n

What you'll need

- Experience in project management, development management, contract administration or construction management /n
- A background within the construction, property or consultancy sectors /n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills /n
