/n Key Account Manager/n /n /n Please note: The successful candidate must be able to obtain a Defence Security Clearance./n /n /n /n /n The Opportunity/n /n /n We’re partnering with a client who is a well-established technology solutions provider that works alongside leading global IT hardware vendors to support a portfolio of enterprise and government customers across Australia/n /n /n Reporting to Sales Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key customer accounts, focusing on relationship management, account growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience./n /n /n You will work closely with stakeholders across a range of organisations, helping them navigate technology requirements while identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships./n /n /n /n /n

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders /n
- Deliver responsive, high-quality customer service across your account portfolio /n
- Identify and develop new opportunities within existing customer accounts /n
- Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions /n




- Manage sales opportunities from qualification through to successful close /n
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity and account updates /n
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes /n
- Build broader networks and strengthen engagement across customer organisations /n /n /n /n /n About You/n /n /n To be successful, you will bring:/n /n /n
- Previous experience managing and growing existing customer accounts /n
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills /n
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities /n
- A proactive, commercially minded approach /n
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail /n
- A genuine interest in technology and business solutions /n
- Knowledge of leading technology vendors and enterprise technology solutions /n /n /n MUST HAVE EITHER: Experience working with Government or Defence customers OR Exposure to IT infrastructure, hardware, software or managed services/n
