Senior Business Analysts – Cards Migration 12-Month Contract Opportunity/n Hybrid Working Arrangement/n Leading Financial Services Organisation/n $900
- 950 + Super per day /n About the job:/n /nOur client is a leading Financial Services organisation looking for experienced Senior Business Analysts to support a large-scale card migration program. We’re looking for candidates across two profiles:/n /n Role 1:/n /n /nStrong Senior BA with deep cards and/or schemes experience, with previous cards migration experience highly desirable. /n /n Role 2/n /nA more technically focused BA, with the same cards and schemes experience but additional hands-on experience across ETL, data and technical migration./n /n /nBoth roles require strong financial services experience, excellent stakeholder management and the ability to operate effectively in a complex and changing setting./n /n What you’ll do:/n /n /n
- Support delivery across a large-scale cards, schemes and migration program. /n
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and drive outcomes. /n
- Apply strong knowledge of cards and payment schemes to understand business impacts and requirements. /n
- Analyse and document business requirements, processes, data and migration impacts. /n
- Identify gaps, risks and unspoken business needs and proactively address them. /n




- Work collaboratively across business, technology and delivery teams. /n
- Support migration activities across cards, schemes and data. /n /n What we’re looking for:/n /n /n
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services. /n
- Strong experience across cards and/or payment schemes — this is a key requirement. /n
- Previous cards migration experience is highly desirable. /n
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify gaps and proactively solve problems. /n
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills. /n
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach. /n
- Ability to work effectively in complex and changing environments. /n
- Previous experience within a major bank is highly regarded. /n /n For the more technical profile:/n /n /n
- Strong technical BA experience, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams. /n
- Practical experience with ETL methodologies, data and technical migration. /n
