DESI FUSION is in Hospitality business since 2020 successfully running fine dining restaurant located at Auburnserving authentic Pakistani Cuisine with a twist The Position: Cook We pride ourselves on the culinary creations served from our kitchen, and are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience preparing Pakistani cuisine, enjoys working in a busy restaurant setting and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. If you have restaurant industry experience and a passion for food prep and strong customer service, Responsibilities Seasoning, preparing and cooking all dishes. Portioning and presenting food items as per Desi Fusion's standard procedures and garnishes.



Maintaining food safety and hygiene at all times. Receiving, storing and rotating all stock as perDesi Fusion's procedures and HACCP standards and taking a systematic prevention approach to food safety by identifying potential hazards. Maintaining Workplace Health and Safety at all times.

What we offer
Annual Base

Salary:
AUD$80000-$85000 (38 hr/week) Secure and safe working environment. The Ideal Applicant should have a CERT.
III in Cookery along with 01 year of relevant experience and should be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
