Metro North Health's Mental Health Hospital in the Home (MH HiTH) team at The Prince Charles Hospital is seeking an Advanced Carer Peer Worker. Using your lived experience as a mental health carer, you will provide recovery-focused peer support, advocacy and guidance that empowers consumers and families throughout their mental health journey. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery planning, advocate for consumers and carers, and facilitate education and support
