You will report directly to the executive team and own the full organisational agenda as Forrestania moves toward production. Lead HR advisory, industrial relations, recruitment and payroll, while shaping policies and culture. You’ll drive workforce planning and leadership development across sites in Western Australia with a hands-on, results-focused approach.
