About the role
Delivering digital solutions with a software powered platform. The role of a Staff Software Engineer at Constantinople will involve the following:
- Technical development and design of products
- Support across the squads including mentoring mid-developers to ensure code quality and consistency
- Deploying and operating 1 or more services in production
- Actively contributing to technical decision making
- Supporting clients, regulators and auditors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions
- Designing product roadmaps The following experience is necessary to fulfill the role:
- Minimum of 4+ years experience as a Software Engineer
- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or in a related technical field
- Extensive experience in cloud-native,



event driven architecture
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Proven communication and troubleshooting skills
