Elevation Secondary College in Melbourne's northern growth corridor is seeking a Learning Specialist to join the teaching service. The role focuses on modeling excellence, mentoring teachers and delivering evidence-based induction and coaching to improve student achievement, engagement and wellbeing. You will work with the Curriculum Leadership Team to drive college-wide professional learning, support recent staff and promote high expectations, inclusivity and trauma-informed practice.
