About the Role
/n Jacqui E Helensvale is on the lookout for a passionate Store Manager to lead and inspire both customers and the team with timeless fashion, achieving sales and delivering exceptional service. This a Full Time position, that requires weekend, late-night trading, and public holiday availability. /n Day in the Life /n /n
- Lead your team to achieve sales targets while offering personalised styling and service. /n
- Curate stylish outfits, build loyal customer relationships, and create a chic store atmosphere. /n
- Coach and develop your team, manage stock, and update visual displays. /n
- Efficiently roster and ensure the store runs smoothly and fashionably. /n
- Create a protected, inclusive, and positive work environment for both team members and customers. /n /n What You Will Bring /n /n
- Proven retail management experience with a track record in driving sales and KPIs. /n
- Expertise in managing stock levels and minimising stock loss. /n
- Experience in managing rosters within budget to ensure productivity. /n
- A passion for 1:1 customer service and team coaching. /n
- Strong leadership skills to foster team growth and succession planning. /n /n
