About the Role
/n /nAs the Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day success of the Myaree store. Your responsibilities will include:/n /n /n
- Supporting the Store Manager with the daily operations of the business /n
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team /n
- Driving sales, productivity, and store presentation standards /n
- Managing stock, merchandising, and inventory control /n
- Delivering exceptional customer service across every department /n
- Assisting with rostering, compliance, and store administration /n
- Building solid relationships with local Myaree customers and the community /n About You/n /n /n
- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Department Manager within supermarkets or grocery retail /n
- A hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for developing people /n
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs /n
- Excellent organisational and communication skills /n
- The ability to stay calm, organised, and motivated in a busy retail environment /n
