Key Responsibilities
Include/n /n /n
- Preparing Bills of Quantities for single-storey and townhouse projects /n
- Sending documentation out for supplier and subcontractor quotes /n
- Reviewing returned quotes and coordinating with the broader team to confirm the right fit /n
- Raising purchase orders for labour and materials /n
- Supporting the Accounts team with queries relating to short order invoices and purchase orders /n




- Reviewing the quality of work completed by external contractors and providing constructive feedback /n What's on Offer/n /n
- Salary up to $120K plus Super /n
- A close-knit, flat-structured team with no layers of middle management to navigate /n
- Genuine potential to grow into a more senior position as your experience develops /n
- Predominantly work from home, with travel to the office only when needed /n About You/n /n
- Experience in scheduling, procurement or estimating within residential construction /n
- Confident reviewing quotes and liaising with suppliers and internal teams /n
- Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills /n
